What does the role entail?
In this role, you will be an Operations Manager at 100%. This is a perfect role for you if you want to develop within the industry and enjoy being the hub of the network. As an Operations Manager, you are the center of daily operations. You lead, coach, and support your team – both in daily work and in future development. It is you who ensures everything runs smoothly, that customers feel secure, and that delivery maintains the highest class. The role is varied, eventful, and perfect for you who like to be both strategic and operational.

Your tasks will include, among others:

• Inspire, guide, and be close to your employees in their daily work
• Follow up and develop quality at customer sites
• Build strong, long-term relationships with both customers and colleagues
• Handle staffing of personnel in case of illness, etc.
• Identify new business opportunities by understanding customer needs
• Drive improvements and contribute with ideas that develop the entire operation
• Handle introduction and training of new employees

Who are you?
You have a genuine interest in people, customer contact, and leading teams. You are a skilled planner who can create structure even when the pace is high. With your positive attitude and work ethic, you contribute to a good atmosphere and strong collaboration. You thrive in a dynamic environment and quickly take on new tasks – you can prioritize, solve problems, and work independently when needed.

We expect you to have:

• At least 2 years of experience working within facility cleaning
• Good computer and system skills
• Interest in administration
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Class B driver's license

• Working hours: Monday–Friday 06:00–15:00
• Start date: By agreement
• Probation period: 6 months
